Shipping policy

thank you so much for shopping with Noor by Hansa™! we strive to make your experience better in every way possible. :) please skim through the details below to understand our shipping process better:

• domestically, we ship via DTDC, Delhivery & other authorized local shipping companies. shipping charges get calculated after you place your order.
  

• we shall take around 2-7 business days to deliver your order after the dispatch (depending on the location).
  
  

• if in case you prefer faster delivery, please write to us at hello@noorbyhansa.com while placing your order or simply send us a DM on Instagram  – we’ll try to figure something out!
  

• cancellations are only possible if the order has not been processed from our end. please email us as soon as you can with your order ID and other necessary details. no cancellations are accepted on made-to-order products.
  

• change of address is only possible until we have not dispatched your order. if in case of incorrect shipping address, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  

• if you're based out of jaipur, rajasthan, same-day delivery is possible for ready-to-ship products (extra charges levied).

order status & tracking

• you’ll receive a confirmation email upon placing your order.

• our ready-to-ship products take about 1-3 business days to get dispatched. for the made-to-order products, we may take between 2-4 weeks to create the product from scratch and get the same delivered to you. you shall receive regular updates about the same!

• as soon as the product gets dispatched, you will receive an email with the order ID and tracking link. you may hop on the link to check the whereabouts of your package.
