how do I know if my order is confirmed? | once you check out & make the payment, you will receive an email confirming your order (with your order ID, amount & shopping details). |
can I shop via instagram and/or whatsapp? |
yes, we do take orders via instagram DMs. however, we recommend making purchases via the web-shop so as to make the experience hassle-free and avoid any communication back-and-forth. |
how long does it take to dispatch the products? |
all ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2-3 business days. all made-to-order products are dispatched between 2-4 weeks, depending on the article ordered. you may check the description of the products in order to understand the timelines better. |
how do I check the status of my order? |
you shall receive regular updates about your order once it's dispatched from our end. you can track order by clicking on the tracking link shared with you in the order confirmation email. if in case you cannot find the link and/or the AWB number of the package, please reach out. we will be happy to assist you! :) |
what if I want handcrafted products sooner than the timelines mentioned? |
not guaranteed, because we don't bulk produce. but sometimes we may have some high-demand products pre-created. please get in touch with us in order to know more! |
I ordered twice. what can I do? |
fret not, if in case you have ordered more than once, please get in touch with us immediately. we'll cancel the order from the backend & refund the amount right away. it may take between 24-48 hours for the payment to reflect on your end. |

do all sarees come with a blouse piece? |
no, not all sarees come with free blouse pieces. please check the description of the products thoroughly to know the same. |
can I get a different coloured blouse piece other than the one mentioned in the product description? |
it is availability dependent. please reach out to us as soon as you place an order to confirm the same. |
are the images accurate in representing the products? |
we try our best to minimise any differences that may occur in the pictures and the actual products. for the same, we try to shoot the pictures in as natural a light as possible. yet, since our products are handmade, slight irregularities and/or variations may occur due to factors beyond our control (: lighting, differing screen resolutions, dyes, & hand-printing). these are not errors, but imperfections that add to the charm of handcrafted products. |
how do I understand the fabric of the products listed? |
thorough details of the fabric used, sizing, colours, and wash care are mentioned in the product description of each product. should you require more elaboration, please get in touch with us for the same. |
