refunds & exchanges

we aim to ensure you're content with all your purchases at @noorbyhansa. if in case there's a problem with the delivered article, please notify us within the first 48 hours of delivery.

our money back guarantee:

  • if there are serious damages and/or genuine manufacturing defects overlooked by us, we assure of 'complete money back guarantee'.

  • however, please note that this does not refer to the slight irregularities that happen on account of handcrafting these pieces. our fabrics are handwoven, each Noor by Hansa piece is hand-dyed & handcrafted.
    since every garment has multiple artisans working on them, these irregularities are a part of what makes our products unique, and in such cases, no store credits / exchanges / refunds will be offered.

here are the following circumstances under which store credits / exchanges are offered:

  • the product received by the customer is different from the ordered product.

  • the product must reach us within 15 days of the approval of exchange. reverse shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • all the product pictures are true to colours and no exchanges / returns will be entertained in cases of minute colour differences (since everything is hand-dyed).

  • the product must be unused and should have all the brand tags / labels intact. our team will verify these tags, run quality checks and only upon their approval will we be able to offer any store credits / exchanges.

  • please note that all our articles are handcrafted. hence, products may have slight irregularities as each garment has multiple artisans working on them. these irregularities are a part of what makes our products unique, and in such cases, no store credits / exchanges will be offered.

  • products sold in sale and / or on festive offers are not eligible for exchanges or store credits.

  • only the product amount will be refunded for in the form of store credits, not the shipping charges.

  • we take about 10-15 business days to deliver the goods for replacement (depending on whether the product is ready-to-ship or made-to-order).

  • our team reserves the right to accept or reject any exchanges or store credits after verifying the products returned to us.

  • store credits / exchange requests will be confirmed within 12-48 hours of the team’s approval. you shall receive a confirmatory email from us.

  • store credits remain valid for a period of 6 months.

  • orders placed with any kind of customisation will not be cancelled.

  • if you've opted for express shipping, please note that while they are meant to deliver speedily and on-time, we're not liable for any delay caused by courier houses / delivery companies / logistics partners / all or any other third-party entities. we'll try our level best to get the orders shipped on time, but won't be responsible for any shipping delay whatsoever.
